Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I believe my role is to create a warm, non-judgmental, and client-centered space where you or your family feel empowered to heal. My experience covers a wide range of ages, from children (6+) through adulthood, focusing on empowering individuals and families struggling with emotional distress. I am dedicated to providing affirming and supportive care to members of the LGBTQ+ community and have expertise in supporting Veterans and their families. My approach is highly collaborative, rooted in proven, practical methods like Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). We will work together to build a personalized toolkit of skills for managing anger, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and the effects of trauma, allowing you to regain self-esteem and confidently move forward. I am committed to bringing a high level of collaborative and positive energy into every session, partnering with you to achieve a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and free from the weight of past distress.
