Karen received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Karen also has an undergraduate degree and master’s degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. Karen came to PCS as an intern and now continues as a part-time therapist. Karen is currently under the supervision of Derek Lee, Ph.D., CRC, LPCC-S, DBTC, CAMSC. Karen holds certificates in DBT and Gottman’s Level 1 and Level 2 Couples Counseling therapies. Karen specializes in teens and adults working through depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral concerns, and personality disorder. When working with clients, Karen enjoys being their champion and supporting them through their journey of self-discovery.
