Matthew Fuelling (He/Him) is a Counselor Trainee nearing the completion of his Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University (expected May 2025). With a background that includes leadership and communication development, Matthew brings a unique perspective to his therapeutic work. He believes healing begins with a collaborative partnership, working alongside clients aged 10 and older to create actionable plans for positive change. Matthew utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and CAMS to help individuals process emotions and navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and issues specific to the LGBTQ+ community. His goal is to foster growth and facilitate desired changes in a supportive environment.
